I remember we talked about static nodes being less ideal, so I don't think that's the answer. It’s probably something more dynamic.

Okay, the question is asking about a feature that can disable ports that are going down and coming back up quickly. I'm going to go with "Port flap protection" - that sounds like it would be the right solution.
