The answer is definitely GDPR. As a European-based company, they are required to comply with the GDPR regulations for handling and storing personal data.
I'm a bit confused on this one. Is Sarbanes-Oxley also a possibility since it deals with data security and privacy? I'll have to review the details of each standard.
HIPAA? That's for healthcare data, not advertising. Unless they're tracking people's medical history to sell them miracle cures, GDPR is the clear answer.
