You got that right! I'm going to steer clear of that one. B and C seem like the safest bets here. Though, come to think of it, I wonder if there's a way to automate the panel creation process using the xAPI. That could be a handy trick to have in the toolbox.

Haha, E definitely sounds like a trick answer. I can just imagine someone trying that and ending up with a completely broken device. 'Oops, looks like I accidentally deleted the entire UI with that git merge. Guess I'll have to call support!'

Yeah, I agree. B and C look like the way to go. Importing a panel config file on a USB drive (A) seems a bit outdated, and restoring a device backup (D) is more for general device configuration, not just adding a panel. As for E, using git to merge an XML config? That's just weird, I don't think that's an actual option.
