What can be used to determine a path from the head-end to a tail-end router when implementing SR-TE with a head-end, with little information on the network topology?
I feel pretty good about this one. The path computation engine is designed to determine the best path, even when you don't have full visibility into the network. That seems like the most logical choice here.
