This is a tricky one, but I remember discussing WAN architectures in class. I'll go with dual-homed branches and dynamic routing - those seem like the best choices to meet the requirements.
I'm not totally confident on this, but I think the key is looking for redundancy and flexibility in the WAN design. I'll give dual-homed branches and dynamic routing a try.
