B) is the correct answer. A prime contract is when the customer deals directly with the main contractor, not a subcontractor.

I thought a prime contract was when you get the best deal on a new car. Guess I need to brush up on my procurement lingo.

B) A contract between an end customer and a company which has full responsibility for its performance. That's the definition of a prime contract.

I thought a Prime Contract was more about the relationship between the main contractor and the client, so I lean towards B, but I could be wrong.

I feel like I've seen questions about contracts before, but I can't recall if it was about the buyer or the end customer. Could it be A or B?

I remember discussing that a Prime Contract involves full responsibility, which sounds like B. That seems to fit the definition we practiced.

I think a Prime Contract is related to the main supplier, so maybe it's A? But I'm not entirely sure.

This seems like a straightforward definition question. I'm going to eliminate the options that don't sound right, and then go with the one that best fits the description of a prime contract. B seems like the most logical choice here.

I'm a little confused by the wording of the question. Is a prime contract specifically between a public sector organization and the taxpayer? Or is that just one type of prime contract? I'll have to re-read the options carefully.

Okay, let me think this through step-by-step. A prime contract is the main contract, so it has to be between the end customer and the company responsible for the whole project. I'm pretty confident B is the right answer here.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know prime contracts have something to do with the main supplier, but I can't quite remember the exact definition. I might have to think this through a bit more.

I think this one is pretty straightforward. I'd go with option B - a contract between an end customer and a company with full responsibility.
