I’m a bit confused about the pollution aspect. I know sea freight is better for the environment, but what about the emissions from ships? I hope I can remember the details during the exam.

I feel like there was something about transit times in our notes. Sea freight takes longer, but I guess that’s a trade-off for being more eco-friendly?

I think we practiced a question similar to this where we talked about cost-effectiveness too. Sea freight is usually cheaper, right? That might be another reason to prefer it over air.

I remember discussing the environmental impact of different transportation methods in class. Sea freight definitely has a lower carbon footprint compared to air freight, but I’m not sure about the exact numbers.

Okay, I remember learning about this in class. I believe the correct answer is Plan Human Resource Management, as that's the process of defining the project roles and responsibilities.

I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. I think the answer is B, "Tailor MoV activity to suit the subject". That seems to be the most relevant MoV process based on the question.
