Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: C

The correct answer is 'No- good levels of communication can exist in other types of relationships'. The study guide makes a point that not all good buyer: supplier relationships are partnerships. In fact 70% on supplier relationships will not be partnerships (according to Lambert who is quoted on p.131)

I’m a bit confused about D. I thought strategic relationships were just one type of partnership, but does that mean only they have good communication?

I feel like I’ve seen a question like this before, and it mentioned that communication is key in many relationships, not just partnerships. So, C could be correct.

I'm not so sure about B. I remember discussing that other relationship types can also have happy parties, so maybe C is the better choice?

I think the statement is true because partnerships are all about strong relationships, right? So, I’d lean towards A.
