C'mon, Alaska? Really? That's just ridiculous. Everyone knows the West Coast of the US, particularly California, has been the hotspot for major wildfires lately. A) is the only logical answer here.

I agree, California has had its fair share of wildfires in recent years. Hopefully, the power company learned their lesson and will be more diligent about maintenance and safety going forward.
