Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I know Kerberos uses cryptography, but I can't remember if that's specifically what protects against replay attacks. I'll have to think this through carefully.

Ah, I think I've got this one! Since the images are already in GCR, using Cloud Pub/Sub to trigger a custom deployment service in GKE seems like the most straightforward option. That way, I can keep the deployment process decoupled from the CI/CD tool and have more control over the deployment logic.
