I’m leaning towards option B because I think it’s important to adjust the log level for better insights, but I could be mixing it up with another topic.
Hmm, I'm not sure about changing the log level in the httpd.conf file. That seems a bit risky to me. I think I'll play it safe and go with the "fw ctl zdebug" command instead.
I've dealt with VPN connection problems before, so I'm feeling pretty confident about this. I'll go with option A and see if that helps me get to the bottom of the issue.
