Seriously, who approved these timecards in the first place? If the sysadmin can't even edit them, that's a whole other level of bureaucracy. C is the only logical choice here.

I think the answer is C. The Timecard Ops Edit Permission Control seems like the right system permission to allow editing of approved timecards without any associated billing events.

I'm not sure, but I think B) None - PSA does not allow any updates to approved Timecards makes sense. It's important to follow company policies.
