Haha, I wish the 'Reset' button could fix all our Blue Prism problems! Wouldn't that be nice? But in this case, C is the correct answer - missing data is the culprit.

D doesn't make sense. Resetting the process during debugging wouldn't cause this specific error. It's clearly a problem with the 'Get Customer Address' Action itself.

B is definitely not the right answer. Internal errors can have all sorts of causes, not just problems with Blue Prism itself. The support team may still be able to help, but the issue is likely in the process design.
