I remember discussing that Corda is different from the others, maybe because it focuses on private transactions. That might mean it doesn't use broadcast.
I think the key here is to set up a network configuration that can automatically failover to the secondary NIC if the primary one fails. Based on the scenario, I'd go with option A - Active-passive (LACP) to achieve that.
