I think contract administration is crucial for a comprehensive outline, but I can't recall if it was paired with legal matters or something else in our practice questions.
I remember we discussed the importance of including a schedule in a SoW, but I'm not sure if it should be paired with technical considerations or financial matters.
Option A seems a bit contradictory to me. Increasing the quantity of integration projects doesn't seem like it would foster agility. I'm leaning towards that as the answer.
I'm just going to go with my gut and say schedule and technical considerations. The other stuff sounds like it belongs more in the project plan. Keep it simple, you know?
Hmm, I would have thought legal matters and financial considerations are also crucial for a comprehensive SoW. Can't have any surprises down the line, right?
Schedule and technical considerations are definitely the key items to include in a SoW outline. The others are important, but more for the overall project management rather than the statement of work itself.
