I'm a bit confused on this one. I know DES used to be the standard, but I think that's been replaced by something newer. I'm going to guess B, AES, since that sounds like the most up-to-date option.
Okay, let me think this through. NIST is the National Institute of Standards and Technology, so they would be responsible for setting encryption standards. Based on that, I'm going to go with B, AES.
