Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know drive failures can cause issues, but I'm not sure exactly how they impact queries and transactions. I'll have to think this through carefully.

I've seen questions like this before. I think the key is understanding that the E bit means the router can send external routes, so it can belong to a Not So Stubby Area or a Standard Area, but not a Stub Area.
