Hmm, I'm going to go with A as well. Covert behavior makes the most sense here. Unless this is some kind of trick question, which wouldn't surprise me in a certification exam.

Definitely A. Overt behavior is stuff we can all see, and operant and respondent are specific types of behavior. Covert is the only one that matches the question.
