I'm going with C) DBWatchdog. It just makes the most sense, and it's the only one that sounds like it's actually designed for that purpose. Anything else is probably a red herring.
B) SQLANYs_ASADBJJC? Really? That sounds like some kind of weird SQL server process, not an actual service that would restart the DB. Whoever came up with that option is just trying to confuse us.
Hmm, I'm not so sure. I've heard of DBWatcher before, but I can't remember if that's the one that handles automatic restarts. I'll have to double-check that one.
I'm pretty sure it's C) DBWatchdog. That's the service that's designed to monitor and automatically restart the SQL DB service if it's stopped manually.
