I bet the project manager is just going to use the Resolution Time gadget to figure out how long it takes his team to resolve issues. Kinda like using a stopwatch to time how long it takes to microwave a burrito - it's just overkill, you know?

Labels? Really? I mean, I get that they can help organize things, but I don't see how that's going to give the project manager the big-picture view he's looking for. Might as well just use a highlighter.
