Option A seems like overkill. Do we really need a global transition and multiple screens just to handle this requirement? I think Option C is the way to go.

I'm not sure why we need different transition screens for each transition into Awaiting Approval. Couldn't we just reuse the same screen for all of them?

Option C seems like the best approach to me. Creating individual transitions for each status and associating the appropriate screens is the most flexible and maintainable solution.
