Iterative is the answer, no doubt. Although I heard the Agile model also works well if you're feeling a bit... nimble.

Hmm, Iterative seems like the obvious choice. Unless the app is for cats, then they might prefer the Catnip model.

Definitely not the V-model or Waterfall. Those are way too rigid for mobile. Iterative is the way to go!

I think the iterative model would be best for a non-safety-critical mobile app. Allows for quick feedback and changes.
