I'm leaning towards C - second person. Since it's a report, maybe the author is addressing the reader directly, like "You went undercover and did this..." But I could be way off base. Hmm, I'll have to re-read the question carefully.
The key here is that it's an "undercover narrative report", so I think the third person perspective makes the most sense. You want to maintain that distance and objectivity when reporting on the undercover activities. A or B could both work, but A is probably the safer bet.
Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. I was thinking maybe B - first person, since the narrator would be writing from their own point of view as the undercover agent. But third person could work too. I'll have to think this through a bit more.
I'm pretty sure the answer is A - third person. That seems like the most appropriate point of view for an undercover narrative report, where you're describing events from an outside perspective.
As if anyone would ever write an undercover report in the second person. 'You sneak into the warehouse and discover the stolen goods.' Yeah, no thanks.
