Okay, let me think this through. The Best Practice Analyzer is usually run on the Author instance, not the Publisher. So if the question is saying the Developer can't run it, it could be because they're trying to run it on the wrong instance.

I've got a good feeling about this one. Option C seems like the most likely culprit - if the network connectivity was changed outside of HPE OneView, that could definitely lead to an inconsistency with the template.

Sorting the "Zero Scores" column from largest to smallest and the "IDs" column from smallest to largest should give me the results I need. Then I just have to hide the students with no zero scores.
