Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know the shared responsibility model is important, but I can't quite remember which aspects of security the customer is responsible for in a SaaS environment. I'll need to review my notes on that.
This seems like a tricky situation. I'd probably start by trying to understand the root cause of the conflict between the team lead and the experienced engineer. Suggesting ways for them to work together more effectively could be a good first step.
