I'm leaning towards C - it allows communication across the Internet to other private networks. Private IP addressing enables internal networks to connect to the internet through NAT, while still maintaining their own private addressing scheme.
I'm a bit confused by the different syntax options here. Is there a difference between using backticks, single quotes, or just the variable name? I'll have to double-check the correct way to do this.
Definitely go with option D. Keeping development, testing, and production completely separate is the best way to avoid disruptions and ensure stability in the production environment.
