Which of the following capabilities is most important for an organization undertaking digital supply chain transformation to reduce its reaction time for responding to changing demand?
I'm leaning towards the AI and machine learning option. The ability to leverage advanced analytics and automate decision-making could be a real game-changer for supply chain agility.
Establishing a robust data management structure seems like the foundation for all the other capabilities. If you can't effectively collect and organize your data, the other things won't matter as much.
I'm pretty confident that a data-driven collaborative approach is the way to go. Getting everyone on the same page and optimizing processes together is key for reducing reaction time.
This is a tricky one. I'm not sure if I have a strong grasp of the key capabilities needed for digital supply chain transformation. I'll have to think this through carefully.
Hmm, I think the ability to apply predictive analytics is probably the most important capability here. Being able to use data to anticipate and respond to changing demand seems crucial.
