I’m leaning towards business process design because it seems like optimizing processes could lead to cost reductions, but I’m not confident about the loyalty aspect.
I think CRM might be the best choice here since it focuses on building customer loyalty, but I'm not entirely sure how it directly impacts cost of sales.
This seems straightforward enough. I'll just plug the numbers into the NPV formula and see which option gives the highest NPV. That should be the right answer.
