Easy one! Reducing the need for accounting review is clearly a process improvement, so the RTY improvement would be considered a "soft" savings. C is the right answer.

I think option B is the way to go here. The question specifically says we need to initiate a full backup of DB1 on the secondary replica, SQL2. The COPY_ONLY option will allow us to create a full backup without affecting the log chain or the ability to restore the database.
