Identifying phantom employees? That's just plain creepy. Like, are we going to have the system start taking attendance at the company picnic too? No, thank you!
Freeing up supervisors from having to review hours is huge. They can focus on more important things, like making sure we're all staying hydrated and taking our mandatory fun breaks.
The key advantage is that it interfaces with the payroll system. Saves me the hassle of having to manually enter all those hours. Plus, no more arguing with HR about whether I actually worked those extra hours.
Using an automated time and attendance system definitely reduces errors. I once had a coworker who would forget to clock in, and then we'd have to sort it out with payroll. No more of that nonsense!
