I'm a bit confused by this one. The sales rep is the record owner, but they're missing from the manager's forecast. I'm not sure if the issue is with the owner adjustments, manager adjustments, or something else entirely. I'll have to really think this through and consider each option carefully.
Okay, I think the Teams user activity report is the best fit. It should give me the user-level details on channel messages, meetings, and video time that they're looking for.
