I'm torn between options A and D. The AWS Cost and Usage Report is a gold mine, but Compute Optimizer might provide even more insightful recommendations. Tough choice, but I'm leaning towards D.
Creating a budget alert is a good idea, but it's more of a reactive approach. I think option C is a better proactive solution - purchasing Reserved Instances can lead to substantial cost savings.
Analyzing the AWS Cost and Usage Report is a great start, but we need to dig deeper to identify specific cost-saving opportunities. I'd go with option D and leverage AWS Compute Optimizer for more targeted recommendations.
