Okay, I've got this. The "Server Side Encryption" option on Amazon S3 means that Amazon will encrypt the files for you on their servers, before storing them. So the answer is definitely C. Easy peasy!
Hmm, I'm a bit confused about this one. I know Amazon S3 has some encryption options, but I'm not sure if the "Server Side Encryption" is the same as just uploading files over SSL. I'll have to think this through carefully.
