C sounds a bit too good to be true. I'd be surprised if RDS provided a dedicated O&M team. That's the kind of perk I'd expect from a premium service, not the default offering.
A, B, and D seem like the correct features. The ability to restore to any point in time and real-time patching are definitely must-haves for a managed database service.
