D is an interesting one, but I think C is the most accurate description of what a DDoS attack actually does. Well, at least it's better than trying to get admin passwords, that's for sure!
I agree with Jessenia. C is the right choice here. The goal of a DDoS attack is to disrupt the availability of the target system, not to steal data or gain admin access.
C is definitely the correct answer. A DDoS attack is all about overwhelming the target server with illegitimate requests, making it unable to process legitimate ones.
