I thought RDS was more about databases, so I don't think that's the right choice. I’m pretty confident it’s Auto Scaling, but I wish I had reviewed more before the exam.
I remember practicing a similar question where we discussed how ECS works with different services. I feel like Server Load Balancer could be relevant too, but it doesn't adjust instances directly.
