Some applications may encounter large traffic fluctuations within a short period. When ECS is used with, the number of ECS instances is automatically adjusted based on traffic.
I thought RDS was more about databases, so I don't think that's the right choice. I’m pretty confident it’s Auto Scaling, but I wish I had reviewed more before the exam.
