I think option C is the correct answer. The NOT operator will include all events that don't have a StatusCode of 200, even if they don't have the field at all.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think the Sprint Review is meant to cover all aspects of the Sprint, including the process, coding practices, and the actual results. I'll go with C just to be safe.
