Wait, wait, wait... did they really just ask us to choose between manual users and LDAP/AD? That's like choosing between coffee and sleep - you just can't!

You know, I was just thinking about starting a band called 'The Authentication Fallbacks.' Catchy, right? Anyway, this question is making my head spin.

Ah, I see what's going on here. Looks like the initial synchronization with the external source deactivates all the manually created users. Better check that identity management tab, folks!

Hmm, I'm leaning towards option C. It seems like the authentication database fallback needs to be set to true to allow manual users to log in. Gotta love those LDAP/AD quirks!

Maybe we also need to check the authentication of manually created users check box in the Identity Management tenant configuration.

I agree with Colette. We probably need to activate the manually created users again in the Identity Management users tab.

That's a tricky one! I bet it has something to do with the authentication fallback configuration. Let's see what the options say.

B) The manually created users have to be activated again in the Identity Management users tab because the initial synchronization to external user data source inactivates all users.

A) The authentication can only be set for either external users (ldap/ad) or the manually created users, not both.

I think the issue is with the initial synchronization of users from the external source inactivating all users.
