This seems straightforward. I think the answer is C - provide a public function that assigns a value to the private data member. That way, the consumer can access and modify the data member through the public function.
Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. Dumpster diving sounds like the right approach, but I want to double-check the other options just to be safe.
I kinda recall that comorbidity affects treatment plans, but I'm confused if that relates back to the severity described in option C or the presence in D.
