I feel like the answer could be about subjects who died, but I remember that censored means they didn't complete the study for some reason.

I think censored observations mean the subjects either withdrew or were lost to follow-up, but I can't recall if that's the only possibility.

Pareto Charts are used to identify the most significant factors, so I don't think they just display special cause. I'll mark that one as incorrect.
