D seems like the right choice to me. Targeting the hip abductors with half-squats would be a good way to develop their endurance.

I think the correct answer is B. Triceps exercises like arm curls at low resistance are great for building muscle endurance in that muscle group.

I personally prefer working on my triceps with arm curls, but I can see how knee flexions would be effective for the quadriceps.
