Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know RFID has some advantages over barcodes, but I'm not totally clear on what they are. I'll have to think it through and try to eliminate the options that don't seem right.
Okay, I've got this. The key is that the buyer needs to understand all the relevant factors - the goods/services they want, the industry, and the market practices. That way they can develop effective evaluation criteria. I'm confident D is the right answer.
