Option D would be the easiest, but I'm sure that's not the right answer. Drupal has a proper way to handle module uninstallation, and we should use that to avoid any potential issues.

Personally, I'm not a fan of these types of 'gotcha' questions. I prefer exam questions that test our actual understanding of the underlying concepts, not just our ability to remember specific procedures.
