Ha! I'm pretty sure this is a trick question. If the question was asking about *unoccupied* fraud, then maybe the answer would be true. But for occupational fraud? Definitely false!

Hmm, this doesn't seem right. If personal integrity is high, then the chances of fraud should be much lower, regardless of the other factors. I'll have to go with B) False on this one.
