Okay, I think I've got this. The key is that we're adding a new column to a common table, EMP, that exists in both APP_ROOT and APP_PDB1. The SYNC command should propagate the changes to the child PDB. I'm pretty confident option B is the correct answer.

I've got a good strategy for this. I'd start by removing the public IP addresses and network interfaces, since those are the most straightforward unused resources. Then I'd take a closer look at the user accounts and groups to see if any of those can be safely deleted as well.
